Sadé Dozan, (she/her), Chief of Operations & Development, is a witness to the power collective voice has in shifting culture and policies surrounding under-resourced communities and marginalized groups. Through her decade-long career in organization resource-building and nonprofit development, she has worked to secure funds for inter-generational campaigns, health and community initiatives, as well as economic development pipelines. She brings with her a wealth of project management experience, institutional and donor relations, and fundraising systems development. A proud member of the “sandwich generation,” Sadé balances caring for her elderly parents and her developing young child as she works to achieve sustainable care for all.
